Requirements

Only what the scheme's sheet states, each with its source. We check the rest of the company's position ourselves, on the real data.

  • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps

  • Access to the portal with SPID, CIE, or CNS

  • Certified email address (PEC) and digital signature

  • The application is submitted by the legal representative, or by a delegate

  • Only one application per applicant

  • The voucher is «de minimis» aid: together with other de minimis aid received, no more than €300,000.00 over three years

What can be funded

  • Cloud and cybersecurity services in categories A, B, C, D and E.

  • Purchase: expense incurred and paid within 12 months of the grant.

  • Subscription: at least 24 months; only the first 24 count towards the expenditure.

  • Category E services: no more than 30% of the plan, and linked to other services in the plan.

What each category covers is set out in art. 4 para. 2 of the DD; whether a specific service qualifies is decided by the official MIMIT list of services and suppliers.

Not funded

  • Training services and training content. Systems used to deliver training are eligible, under category D.

Every figure comes from the sheet our consultant also uses: nobody has retyped it by hand for the website.

What the simulator does not check

These points are checked only by our consultant, on the real data of the application and against the official MIMIT list.

  • Category E services linked to other services in the plan (DD art. 4 para. 2 letter e)
  • Services similar to those already in use
  • Version upgrades without a substantial improvement
  • Licence extensions or additional seats (DD art. 4 para. 3)
  • Expenses incurred before the application (DD art. 4 para. 5)
  • Only one application per applicant (DD art. 5 para. 6)
  • Connectivity, catastrophe insurance policy, company status, de minimis and starting position
